Privacy notice
This notice explains what Pillar Fence & Deck does with the information you give us.
What we collect
When you request an estimate: your name, phone number, optional email, city, a description of the job and any photos you choose to send. We also record which page you arrived on and any campaign tags in the link, so we know how people find us.
Why we collect it
Only to reply to your request, prepare an estimate, schedule and carry out the work, and keep records of jobs we do. We do not sell or share it for marketing.
Where it is stored
Form submissions are handled by Web3Forms, which delivers form submissions to us by email. Service providers may store data outside Canada.
Analytics
This site does not currently use analytics cookies.
How long we keep it
Requests that do not become jobs are deleted within [retention period: to be confirmed]. Job records are kept as long as needed for warranty, tax and legal purposes.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information by contacting Pillar Fence & Deck at info@pillarfenceanddeck.ca.
